The breakfast is great value, and the location is incredible so close to seaside, town centre and local restrurants and other attractions and the pier. The property offers reasonable prices, rooms are adequate and absolutely perfect with a wonderful view, extra bed plus nice hot shower.

The hotel met what was needed, I would book here again. This was a really nice stay on a long road trip. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating hole time of my stay. I was upgraded to a budget club queen room for a different mattress or a change. Central location near Bournemouth for a Conference in the International Conference Centre, the main shopping area with cinema and the beech or shops, it was in a busy area. I ate in the beach restaurant nearby.
